IDSA 2024 DAAPWorks Best Synthesis of Inspiration

The chair inspired by the iconic typeface Times New Roman, incorporating the details of the typeface’s characteristics into a three dimensional form. The iconic ‘T’ shape is represented within the back and the legs, each legs with serifs representing clawfoot motifs, and the overall aesthetic is intentionally traditional.
